The products we ordered arrived remarkably fast, well ahead of our projected timeline. Horrible service. I ordered from here and when I wanted to return it they said it wasn't possible. When I told them it was my legal right it suddenly was possible. After returning the object I am still waiting for my money. (5 months later) and they don't respond to any emails. Do not order from these people

I absolutely should have read the reviews first...DO NOT order from here. I ordered something and when it did not arrive more than a week later I called to find out why. I was initially incorrectly told that the delivery was on it's way and when I called back to ask whether they had a tracking link where I could check, I was told that they hadn't understood correctly from their colleague and the item was delivered to the billing address (I no longer live there), even though on my invoice the delivery address was correct. I then asked whether they would reimburse the delivery cost given this error was no fault of my own and they told me they would discuss it when I could see that the package had been delivered. I then had to go out of my way to try and find the package at my own cost and time and when I confirmed I found the package they would not reimburse the delivery. Even though this cost is small, the fact that they do not take ownership of their mistake will be a big cost as they lose customers. They are crooks and customer service is awful. I urge you to not buy here again.

I would have given even less than 1 star if i could. They put a pictures of one thing in the website and then deliver only one piece of it! the delivery is not free and also sending it back is not free.

De bad/douche kraan voldoet aan de verwachting. Ik had gebeld over de status vd bestelling ivm levering. Werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan, bleek ik had zelf niet goed gelezen. Kraan inmiddels binnen ruim binnen de levertijd.
